The ZSOM-Control provides 4 analog outputs. They are generated by one DAC chip with 4 channels and an output stage for each channel. The ZSOM-Mini has no analog outputs.

The DAC is controlled from the FPGA via the DAC FPGA driver VIs of the SDK. The driver handles the communication with the DAC chip (CLIP items DAC_SCK, DAC_SDI, DAC_SDO, DAC_SYNC, DAC_LDAC and DAC_RESET).
